Paulina Miranda

Research Consultant

Researcher and educator by day, strategist and creative by night, Paulina merges AI, literacy, and civic online reasoning at the University of the Philippines—transforming complex research into community-focused solutions at organizations like Academy 4 Social Civics.

Shaped by her lived experience and guided by her special education degree, she reclaimed what was once a misunderstood source of shame—her neurodivergence—as her superpower. Her new hobby? Combining her love for writing and her talent for befriending chaos, she transforms data and daydreams into proposals that convince funders to invest in real community change.

As a Cultural Cartographer, she maps the unseen threads of heritage to challenge machine-driven algorithms, ensuring that human agency, memory, and legacy remain at the heart of technology. Despite never having her own pets, she was recently adopted by three street cats who insist that CatGPT surpasses ChatGPT. When she’s not engaging in philosophical debates with these felines or furiously prompt-engineering educational solutions, she’s busy channeling her energy into ADHD coaching and mentoring emerging civic leaders.
